Shipping policy
Order processing time
All pickup orders will be processed within 24 hours in the order they were received.
Orders must be paid in full online before a pickup can be scheduled. Note at this time we are not accepting cash payments. Bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order. We will notify you when your order is ready.
All orders that are to be shipped will be processed within 2 business days. Tracking information will be sent to you upon shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update. An estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout.
We do not ship internationally.
Shipping address changes
If you would like to change the shipping address for your order please contact us via email at info@royalhigh.store or by phone at 815-522-1546 with the new shipping address. Note once the order is shipped we cannot alter the shipping address under any circumstances.
Delivery Issues
If the tracking for your order shows that it was delivered but you have not received it please allow 1 additional business day for possible delivery.
If the package still has not arrived after waiting an additional business day please contact us via email providing your order reference number and tracking number. We will look into the matter thoroughly and provide a resolution as soon as possible.
Cancellations
If you need to have an order canceled, you must first contact us via phone or email requesting to do so. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. Once you receive the order you can then contact us to initiate a return.
